General Terms and Conditions of use of the mini-site "Dior.science"
These general terms and conditions (“T&C”) govern the use of the website www.dior.science (hereinafter the “Site”), through which the company PARFUMS CHRISTIAN DIOR (hereinafter “PCD”) offers to discover Dior Science's commitment to Reverse Aging to prolong the health and beauty of the skin.
1) IDENTIFICATION OF THE EDITOR:
The Site is edited by PARFUMS CHRISTIAN DIOR, a company with a share capital of Euro 2 620 860, registered in France in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under company number B 552 065 187, having its registered office at 33, avenue Hoche, 75008 Paris, FRANCE, VAT number FR 16 55 20 65 187 (Tel: +33 (0)1 49 53 85 00).
The Chief Editor is Mrs. Véronique Courtois, Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of Parfums Christian Dior.

2) CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE
2.1 Conditions of access to the Site
Access to and use of the Site constitutes full and complete acceptance of these T&C by each Internet user browsing all or part of the Site (hereinafter the "User"), who undertakes to comply with them in full for as long as he or she uses the Site. In the event of disagreement with the terms of these T&C, the User must immediately stop using the Site.
The User may access the Site freely and without charge, without registering or creating an account. The costs of access and use of the telecommunication network are nevertheless at the User's expense.
The User acknowledges that he/she has the necessary skills and means to access and use the Site; in particular, he/she acknowledges that he/she has verified that the computer equipment with which he/she connects to the Site (computer, smartphone, etc.) does not contain any viruses and that it is in perfect working order.
The Site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as from March 29th, 2023, except in the event of force majeure or any other event beyond the control of Parfums Christian Dior, and in particular due to technical difficulties. In addition, for maintenance reasons, Parfums Christian Dior may interrupt access to the Site and will endeavor to inform Users in advance.
Parfums Christian Dior is not bound by any obligation of result concerning access to the Site and is in no way responsible for interruptions and the consequences that may result from them. Parfums Christian Dior reserves the right to suspend, interrupt or limit, without prior notice, access to all or part of the Site, particularly for updating operations.
2.2 Contents and operating modes of the Site
The Site offers the following content and services (subject to change):

• Content dedicated to Reverse Aging by Dior Science
• The presentation of the co-laboratory and the members of the board dedicated to Reverse Aging
• The expertise of Dior Science
2.3 Use of the Site:
Access to the Site from Users' cell phones may incur additional connection charges. Given the optional nature of using the Site on Users' cell phones, no connection fees will be refunded by PCD.

4) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY :
The Site is the exclusive property of PCD and constitutes an intellectual work protected by Articles L. 111-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
All the contents of the Site, including in particular all the designs, texts, photographs, graphics, audio clips, logos, all the techniques, databases, animated sequences with or without sound, videos, photos, images, button icons, brands and all the software of the Site, as well as all the works included in the Site and all the elements composing it (hereinafter the "Contents") are contents protected by intellectual property rights.
Parfums Christian Dior is the exclusive owner of the intellectual property rights of the Content of the Site.
The User may in no case claim, on the basis of access to and communication of the Content when using the Site, any right of ownership or possession of the latter.
Any total or partial use of the Contents for purposes other than those of using the Site is prohibited. Any representation, reproduction or alteration of this Content or of the elements that make it up, by any process and on any medium, or more generally any unauthorized use of this Content, such as, but not limited to, downloading, sharing, copying, publishing or adapting it, is prohibited.
Any reproduction, representation, alteration, partial or total, of the Site is forbidden. Any infringements of PCD’s rights will be sanctioned as provided for in the French Code of intellectual property, in particular as infringements of copyrights (article L. 335-1 et seq.), trade-mark rights (article L.716-1 et seq.) and through civil liability.
The creation of hyperlinks to the Site is prohibited. Any websites having a hyperlink to the Site or to which the Site redirect the User are not within PCD’s control and PCD therefore declines any liability (including editorial responsibility) as to the access and/or contents of these websites.
5) USE OF INTERNET :
Parfums Christian Dior undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the information and in particular to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or communicated to unauthorized persons. The User nevertheless declares that he/she is perfectly aware that, due to the characteristics and constraints of the Internet network, the data circulating on this network is not protected against any form of intrusion, including piracy, and that it is therefore impossible to guarantee, in an absolute manner, total security for data transmitted on the network.
Consequently, Parfums Christian Dior cannot be held responsible for incidents that could result from a case of force majeure or the act of a third party presenting the characteristics of a foreign cause.
It is expressly reminded that the Internet is not a secure network. Under these conditions, it is up to the User to implement, under his responsibility, all useful means in order to preserve the confidentiality of the information transmitted on the Internet network. It is therefore recommended that Users handle their personal information with great care, and take all appropriate measures to protect their data and/or software, in particular from contamination by any viruses circulating on the Internet or from the intrusion of a third party into the User's equipment.
6) LIABILITY :
The User is informed that Parfums Christian Dior may terminate or modify the characteristics of the services offered on the Site at any time, without notice and without the User having any recourse against Parfums Christian Dior and/or being able to claim any compensation.
PCD will not be liable for any malfunctions of the internet network, any technical defects or any problems linked to a network congestion preventing, degrading or interrupting the use of the Site (including and without limitation, due to external malicious acts). Furthermore, PCD is not liable for: any errors (including display errors on the Site; inaccurate emails sent to Users); unavailability of information and/or virus; delays of data transmission; defects of the computer, telephone, smartphone, modem, telephone line used by the User, servers, internet providers, telephone operators, IT equipment, software; losses of electronic correspondence and more generally, losses of any data; consequences of any virus, informatic bug, anomalies, technical failures; any damage caused to a User’s computer; any failures, whether material, technical, software related or of any nature whatsoever, having prevented or limited the use of the Site or having damaged a User’s system. It is the User’s responsibility to take all appropriate measures to protect his data and/or software stored on his IT and telephone equipment from any attacks. The User is fully responsible for his connection and use of the Site.
In addition, Parfums Christian Dior declines all responsibility:
- For any interruption of service that is involuntary or attributable to an event beyond its control;
- For the occurrence of bugs or technical incompatibilities with the User's equipment;
- For any damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party leading to a modification of the information made available;
- For any damage that could be caused to the User's equipment, following his access to this Site and its services, as well as following the use or the downloading of one of its elements.
7) AMENDMENTS TO THE T&C :
Parfums Christian Dior reserves the right to modify the content of the T&C at any time, without prior notice and at its sole and absolute discretion.
If Parfums Christian Dior decides to modify the T&C, Parfums Christian Dior will publish a new version on the Site. Any modification of the T&C will come into effect as soon as it is published on the Site. Continued use of the Site by the User after the publication of a new version of the T&C implies full acceptance of said modifications. If the User does not accept them, he must immediately stop using the Site.
8) DISPUTES
The T&C and the use of the Site are governed by French law. Any disputes arising of or connected to the T&C and/or the use of the Site will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
